On alterne ici les exercices de respiration, la gymnastique, les postures de yoga dans un environnement humide \u00e0 35\u00a0% et tr\u00e8s chaud. C\u2019est l\u2019occasion \u00e9galement de tester sa r\u00e9sistance physique et mentale pour atteindre la zen attitude.
